Plan for filming

We have decide to keep a diary of when we do film, however we have an outline of what needs to be film and what need to practiced and trialed within this post. Within the diary of filming posts we will include behind the scenes, and include the journeys through the process of making our opening 2 minutes.

Practices:

  • Different camera angles of the female protagonist- to see which one will suit the protagonist
  • Costume trailing- see which outfit looks better for the scenes
  • Lighting - film footage 2/3 times and check how the lighting is included, maybe one in dark lighting, one in mix of dark and really bright lighting, and maybe a neutral lighting. This will be important with the makeup,as it will show how much makeup should be used on the protagonist, so that it doesn't look too much.
  • Setting and location- take photographs of possible setting which will be filmed See post on setting and location of the film.
  • Makeup tutorials- look at video and practice some and photograph them. See post on makeup analysis, and trials.

Filming process:
  • Film outside footage. includes of bus stop scene
  • Long shot of the house
  • Female protagonist traveling to school.
  • Film the Bus stop scene - bus stop scene may need to film more than once, to trial different camera angles, and for the timing of the arrival of the bus and when it set off.
  • Shot of the male protagonist, walking toward the school, and have a shot him having a glimpse look at the female protagonist.
  • location and scenery need to filmed, with and establishing shots.
  • introduction of the protagonists new friend, met in common room- shot of the common room, and dialogue of the friend talking to the protagonist.
  • Two shot of them walking to the study room.
  • shot reverse shot of the them talking.
  • Male protagonist making an appearance into the study room.
